I begin my OTM residency  this month with a small sketchbook diary.

Something very important  happens when you draw on something with something. It flexes analytical muscles that are sometimes  ignored. Drawing in my sketchbook is like a B12 shot.

Sometimes, despite it’s awful service, the TTC offers great opportunities for quick portraits.

Sometimes I draw things with a beginning, middle, and an end.

Sometimes I draw how I’m feeling after a long day of drawing.

Playing table tennis usually helps regenerate ideas and energy.
